使用本项深圳迪格微电子有限公司（以下简称“迪格微电子”）的ICooling应用（以下简称“ICooling”）即视为对本使用条款(“使用条款”)的接受。本使用条款可由迪格微电子不时作出修订，且构成用户(“用户”)和迪格微电子之间有关ICooling使用的具有约束力的协议。通过下载或安装本项ICooling应用，用户承认并同意受本使用条款的约束。如用户不同意本使用条款，则应立即卸载本项ICooling应用。

    使用规则

        1.用户不得在ICooling客户端上上传或发布任何非法性、恶意性、恐吓性、欺诈性、诽谤性、种族歧视、淫秽猥亵等不当信息（包括但不限于任何可能侵犯他人权益、违反中国或其他国家法律或产生民事责任、行政责任或刑事责任之言论、资料或内容）。

        2.用户同意接受迪格微电子及其合作第三方通过自身软件向用户发送商品促销或其他相关商业信息。

        3.用户接受ICooling提供的服务时，可能需向迪格微电子或第三方支付一定的费用。在此情况下，ICooling会在相关页面上做明确的提示。迪格微电子将有权决定ICooling所提供的产品和服务的资费标准和收费方式，迪格微电子可能会就不同的产品和服务制定不同的资费标准和收费方式，也可能按照ICooling所提供的产品和服务的不同阶段确定不同的资费标准和收费方式。另外，迪格微电子也可能不时地修改ICooling的资费政策。如用户不同意支付该等费用，或不同意ICooling资费政策中的任何内容，则可以选择不接受相关的服务。

服务风险

        1.因不可抗力、Internet服务问题、移动通讯终端病毒或黑客攻击、系统不稳定、用户所在位置、用户关机以及其他任何技术、互联网络、通信线路原因等造成的服务中断、数据丢失或不能满足用户要求的风险，用户须自行承担以上风险。

        2.因手机的多样性，用户的手机可能并不支持ICooling客户端软件。由于手机型号不相匹配所导致的无法正常使用的问题可以联络迪格微电子的客服处理；而对由于手机型号不相匹配所导致任何手机问题或损害，均由用户自行承担以上风险。

        3.用户手机隐私信息在使用本软件及服务时可能产生的非迪格微电子责任的信息安全风险，迪格微电子不承担由此给您带来的任何不便或损失。

        4.安装或卸载客户端软件可能会引起的手机系统不稳定，迪格微电子不承担由此给您带来的任何不便或损失

        5.ICooling客户端中科普知识及咨询，仅为传播有益健康咨询为目的，ICooling致力于提供正确、完整的病情咨询，但不对其真实性、科学性、严肃性和完整性做任何形式的保证，且不对其信息的不正确或遗漏导致的任何损失或损害承担责任。上述资讯，不得作为任何决定或行动的依据。如果您有相关疑问，请您务必征询医生或其他有医疗资格的专业人士的意见。

        6.本客户端软件和官网所载之产品信息仅适用于中华人民共和国大陆区域范围，所涉及的产品在不同国家和地区可能出现不同的标签或说明，对此迪格微电子不承担任何责任。

The icooling application ( collectively“icooling”) you downloaded has been provided by Shenzhen Degree Electronics Co., Ltd ( collectively “Degree Electronics”or we or our). By installing or using the APP, you accept all the terms and conditions. This Agreement may be modified from time to time. Service Provider or third parties may charge you fees for products or services offered through the App, and/or for access to portions of the App or the App as a whole. Degree Electronics has the right to define the the charging ways and standards, and/or define them differently according to different stage of the product or service. If you do not agree to pay or not agree to any conditions, you can choose not to accept the product or service

You acknowledge and agree that the Software and related services may have potential risks like service interruption, failure to respond to users’ requests, ,due to force majeure,Internet services,Mobile communication terminal virus or hacker attack,System instability,user physical location, phone power off, and other reasons concerning technology, telecommunication lines.In no event shall Degree Electronic be liable for any risks stated above.

Due to the diversity of mobile phones, users' mobile phones may not support ICooling client software.You can contact customer service to deal with the problem that the software can not use normally because of the mobile phone model can not match,However, any mobile phone problem or damage caused by the mismatch of the mobile phone model shall be borne by the user.

User mobile phone privacy information may have information security risk that are not belong to Degree electronic while using this software,in the use of this software and service, Degree electronics will not bear any inconvenience or loss caused to you.

Install or uninstall the software may cause instability of mobile phone system ,Degree electronics is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage.

The Sicence knowledge and consultation in ICooling client sofeware, Just for the purpose of disseminating health advice ,ICooling is committed to providing correct and complete medical advice without any warranty of any kind with its authenticity, scientificity, seriousness and completeness and without liability for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect or omissions in its information.
